1. How do I get my radio pin code?
At Ford Motor Company, your satisfaction is important to us. We’re here to help.
The Radio Code is a security feature of your vehicle and is supplied to the original owner of new vehicles. If you need to obtain the Radio Code for your vehicle, you will need to visit your local Ford Dealer and provide proof of ownership for your vehicle. There may be a charge associated with this service.

It is important that you complete the Change of Ownership form located at the back of the Owners' Manual and return it to Ford so that you can be contacted with information pertaining to your Ford vehicle in the future. If the Owners' Manual is not available, contact your nearest Ford Dealer who can order a replacement manual on your behalf. There may be a charge associated with this service. Also, continue getting your car serviced according to the maintenance schedule in your Customer Assistance, Warranty and Service Guide. We would also recommend that you create a Ford Account where you may update your details, receive vehicle health alerts, and find other useful information relating to your vehicle.
If you believe you are impacted by a product Recall or Service Campaign which may affect your vehicle please use our look-up tool here.
Once confirmed, or if you have received a communication from Ford, please contact your Ford Dealer.
All new Ford vehicles purchased after 1 May 2018 are provided with the Ford Express New Vehicle Warranty of 5 years from a vehicle’s warranty commencement date and unlimited kilometres. This applies to new, demonstrator and service loaner vehicles collected from Dealerships from 1 May 2018.
Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our warranty does not limit and may not exceed your rights under those guarantees.
Your vehicle warranty period commences on the date of delivery except where the vehicle is a demonstration or service loaner vehicle, in which case it commences on the date on which it was first registered by an Authorised Ford Dealer.
For all Ford Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV) and Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), these are covered by the same Ford Express New Vehicle Warranty.
